Professional Service Notice: As FlashLogic LTD delivers bespoke software engineering and specialized technical consultancy, all work is executed on a Milestone-Based Execution Model. This ensures full transparency and compliance with Scottish B2B service regulations.
1. Milestone Approvals
Our engineering projects are structured into distinct phases (e.g., Discovery, Architecture, Sprint Cycles, QA). Approval of a milestone constitutes formal acceptance of the deliverables for that specific phase.
2. Project Cancellation
Partners may pause or terminate an engagement with a 14-day formal notice. FlashLogic will provide an itemized invoice for all engineering hours completed up to the termination date.
3. Financial Remittance
Refunds for uninitiated work phases are remitted via Wise, Stripe, or Bank Transfer within 10 business days, subject to a 5% administrative processing fee.
